Working with the community
UHVA is committed to working with the communities in which we operate. We understand that we are guests in your community and we consider genuine stakeholder and community consultation as an important part of the environmental assessment, design and construction process.
The UHVA project team is committed to providing you with up to date information on our projects as it becomes available. Some of the ways we do this include:
1800 project infoline and email
The project infoline 1800 722 669 and email email@example.com, are available for general enquiries.
Project updates - letters and newsletters
We will provide regular updates about the projects and upcoming consultation activities such as community information sessions and exhibition periods.
Community information sessions
Community information sessions are an opportunity for UHVA to explain a project, answer questions and hear your views. Community members are invited to drop in at any time during session hours to meet the project team. Community members will be informed of community information sessions being held in their area.
Advertisements will be placed in local newspapers to provide information about project milestones and consultation activities.
We are always available to community members and want to ensure that you can contact us if you have an enquiry or concern about the project.
